Publié le 25 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayThe cabin was absolutely lovely! It had everything we needed and was well stocked with everything we needed. It was decorated so cute! We booked it again in July and are planning a week's vacation next year in June. I hope this becomes a family tradition! The Hosts are right next door and were so very nice! Can't say enough good things about this experience! Our family came in from Minnesota and Florida and had never spent time in Kentucky, but it was a great half way point for everyone. We floated, swam, watched deer, caught fire flies, had morning coffee on the awesome deck, slept soundly (very sound proof), and the a/c unit was spectacular! A++

Eclipse trip
Publié le 12 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayProperty was just as listed. Near the lake, lots of campers and RV's as well as lake homes nearby.
My guess is it's a hoppin place during the summer season with many friendly folks around. House had everything we needed to be comfortable and allowed us to stay within an hour drive of seeing the eclipse. Lots of good places to eat close by too. Would stay again.
