Très décevant.

Mauvais accueil. Mauvaise odeurdans la chambre. Déjeuner devait être inclus. A la salle a manger il avait un message mentionnant que ceux qui avait réservée l'hôtel à rabais ne pouvais se servir du déjeuner. Je ne recommanderai jamais.

stayed at this hotel multiple times over the years on road trips between Texas and Ohio and it used to be great. In 4-5 years time, it's definitely not what it once was. Extremely dirty, worn and unattractive.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed at

No Microwave.. no fridge. No trash can. No inside door handle. No clean walls. No clean floors. No working TV. No vent in bathroom. First time I’ve ever left a review… and this is why!!

This was one of the worse stays i have ever experienced. I booked this hotel due to the fact it said it had breakfast and the pool was open. I got there and there was jo breakfast and no pool so i was extremely pissed off because i had two kids that was excited about the pool then i was told the lobby was completely closed and there was no breakfast offered we are on a strict budget and that was a necessity that was way i booked and then it was not offered these are things that need to be addressed on the website or at booking that thwy are not offered. But i will not be staying here again

It was terrible stay. When we first walked in the fridge being held up by a old pizza box. We didn’t get clean sheet or anything until we asked them to do it, even when we did ask they still didn’t do it. The shower curtain holder is coming out the wall. We had a leak from our toilet and the flood was bad and made my mom slip and fall when she visited. Our dresses drawers was broken we couldn't barley put anything of us up. I don’t have any pictures because overall the stay was terrible.

My room lock was broken; my only defense was to barricade myself in room with table pushed in front of door. This was completely unacceptable; I checked out with the agreement for a full refund. Expedia has NOT contacted me from my refund request, day of and day after reservation. Do not book this hotel, rooms are not as pictured.
