Beds were super comfy and breakfast was great and well managed!!! Clean property - would stay again!

Very friendly and personal front desk people. However, thats where the quality ends.
NEVER emptied my trash! (I had to take it to the main trash bin. MULTIPLE times)
NEVER made up my bed! When I asked, I was told "IF there items on the bed, they will NOT touch it! (I took pictures to PROVE there wasn't ANYTHING on the bed! Or NEAR the bed!!!)
ONLY replaced the face wash clothes!!! But LEFT the used towels on the floor!!!
The air-conditioning needs to be CLEANED!!!
Not pleased for the price!!!

Publié le 27 juill. 2024 sur HotelsCustomer service was awesome! Love you guys breakfast, but no 2%milk/ I didn't ask, it was a very morning. my son still drink the 1% with cereal anyway. We enjoyed our stayed very much. Keep up the good work. I will definitely come back again.

The staff was very friendly. We enjoyed the breakfast! Nice safe place to stay!
