Poor service ,poor hotel image

It was a nice place for family to escape from busy town. Hotel surrounding is clean except at night got lots of insect on the floor & wall outside room. They opene 24 hours fie hot spring pool whuch is ver convinience for guest. Got book corner to read, traditional & board games for guest to play. Pillow seem old stuff which recomanded to change a new for comfort of staff. Guest need to bring their own toothpaste & tooth brush. Staff there are very friendly.
