as soon as you walked into the room you had a super strong smell (described by someone that it smelled like pickles) and our tv was on. as you walked to the bathroom you were greeted by roaches crawling everywhere, the shower, sink, floor, toilet, etc. the bathroom didn't seem like it was cleaned from previous users, toilet seat looked like it had pee on it still, the shower had buildup soap residue where your able to set your things down and the floor of the shower had random hairs and grime on it. the beds weren't soft and comfortable and the comforters on both beds had holes burnt into them. some of the furniture in the room was disheveled and seemed displaced. the mini fridge that was in the room was very old and looked very gross inside and outside.

Bedding torn/stained coffee pot but no coffee/cups/accessories. Ceiling stained/possible mold. Pool full of bugs/leaves. Beer bottles on stairs/walkways. Trash all over parking lot. Room smelled like burnt popcorn. Expedia/Wyndham need to investigate & remove from their site.

We first got checked in to a dirty room shower was dirty so front desk went ahead and change to a clean room , not much different this property requires lots of upgrade and remodeling or atleast just a deep cleaning would do but the worst part was a tornado hit we sheltered in the restroom since no closet , than it stated to leak from roof all in the restroom we all bunked in with 2 children we than are forced to evacuate I try to go in the office to just shelter and it’s locked closed and no one picks up phone . The restroom is started to flood imto the bedroom area. Few of my clothes ruin worst experience ever

Avoid At All Cost

I would never recommend this hotel unless you are absolutely desperate for a place to stay. The photos of the hotel and its rooms must be about 50 years old and are most certainly not an accurate representation of the place. Everything about the place was old and rundown and appeared to lack even the most basic upkeep. Our rooms reeked of cigarette smoke and mildew, even though I requested non-smoking rooms. Everything looked dirty and old. The furniture had rips in the upholstery and gashes in the wood. The linens on the beds were stained and wrinkled. The floors needed vacuuming and felt sticky. One bathroom had mold on the toilet seat and ants crawling around the sink. The AC in this room did not work. The other room did not have any towels with the exception of one which appeared to be used. When we finally received some towels, they were threadbare and as rough as sandpaper. On the second day the handle on the toilet broke off. We had to fix it ourselves because we received no response from the management. We had originally planned to stay three nights, but decided to leave after the second night. When we asked to receive our money back for the unused night, we were told only the manager could handle this and he was in India, which I very much doubt. Needless to say we were charged for an unused night. This was by far the worst hotel I've ever stayed. Don't believe the photos posted on line; they are false advertising. It is obvious the management could care less.

I stayed at this place because I had an early morning flight and just needed a place to sleep. I wish I had of just slept in my car beside the road. I really don’t know where to start…the place is filthy. I don’t really hold it against housekeeping because there’s only so much you can do. The carpet is disgusting, the sheets are stained and I’m pretty sure there was something on the bed skirt that I don’t even want to talk about. The water to the toilet was turned off when I got there and apparently a tube had come out of a thing in the tank and they didn’t know what to do so they turned the water off. I fixed it so water would fill the tank and we could use the bathroom. My sister had brought an old blanket so we threw it over the whole bed and i covered up with a beach towel and she covered up with a throw she had in her car. We laid down and that’s when she seen the small bugs crawling up the table beside the bed. I panicked and wanted to leave at that point, but she told me let’s just do the best we can because we only have 4 hours left before we had to head to the airport. We left all lights on and she slept in a shower cap to keep them from getting in her hair. We don’t think they got in the bed with us, but not really sure. She tried to kill them as soon as they crawled up the table leg. Needless to say we didn’t sleep much. Will I ever stay there again? Not just NO, but HELL NO! I personally feel like this place should be torn down. The owners should be ashamed!!!!!!

The pool was a Hazzard and not available. Beyond disgusting. No signs saying not to swim or out of use. Rooms a lot of things were broken and dirty.

Horrible Place

This was the most horrible experience I’ve ever dealt with, both with the hotel and hotels.com. The room was dirty, there were ants on the bed and ants coming in through the door. The floor was dirty, the light fixture was broken so they put a lamp that sparked up at the receptacle. I spoke with Sam at the front desk and he refused to refund me my money, we did not stay, it was unsanitary and dirty. When I spoke to Hotels.com they just said they were not able to do anything about it. It’s unfortunate because I’ve booked many time through their site.

Needs remodeling bad!!!

When I checked in, the Lobby was dirty. Staff is very friendly. Checked into our room. Carpet dirty, holes & stains on sheets, coverlet. But, bed and pillows were comfy. A/C nice and cold. Water pressure in shower is very good. Toilet paper holder and towel holder were both falling off the walls.
