I waited for 7-8 minutes for an attendant to come to the desk to check me in. The property is showing use and age. Needs some touch up paint. Also, the show curtain is useless. After showering, there was water all over the floor in the bathroom.
We woke up to the employees gripping about the management below our window very loudly in the smoking area.

Staff was delightful and welcoming. Room was not well sound proofed. Building did not seem to have been updated.

There was an odor in our room. The facility was in bad shape.

Room was lovely; the breakfast was the best, egg, bacon, fruit, biscuits.
Only complain was the toilet was so low; difficult for the old knees.

Great staff
Publié le 28 mai 2024 sur HotelsThe staff were very friendly. They were very helpful. Unfortunately overnight huge storm knocked out electricity and downed trees around the property. We were better off than just across the interstate where buildings were leveled. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. They handled it very professionally.
