The Space:
As you step into this charming townhouse, you are greeted by a welcoming ambiance that combines modern amenities with cozy furnishings. The living area is spacious and perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring downtown Bentonville.

Wow! I can’t say enough wonderful things about Linda’s Nest. We enjoyed staying there for a mom/daughter weekend getaway. The house was immaculate, the kitchen well stocked and only a short walk to downtown. It’s part of a duplex but very quiet. Will definitely stay again.

We loved Linda's Nest! It is ideally located near town - less than a 10 minute walk which meant we were close to great food, drinks and trails! The house was stocked with the essentials plus a few extras and very clean. Would love to come back!

Amazing
Linda’s Nest is a great place. Very clean, very well stocked with items that most vrbos make you get yourself. It’s the little things that make this rental a step above. Location was great. Walk to the square and Compton gardens. We will be back!!

Great property for one or two couples. Separate bath for both with generous space for a small place. Kitchen was well stocked for easy meal preparation. Property was set back from the street so very quiet and only a short walk to town. Highly recommend.

Family Visit to Bentonville
This was our first time to Bentonville and we had a great stay! The home was absolutely spotless and had amazing amenities - one of the nicest rentals we’ve ever stayed at. Our host was friendly and helpful. Excellent location - we were able to walk anywhere in town and easy access to all of the museums and parks. Will absolutely come back!
