Thank you so much for trashing our hotel on every possible site you can for a mistake either you or your booking agent made. I apologized for you having to check out, but your reservation was for only 5 nights and I was sold out that last day...there was nothing I could do.

No one at front desk
Publié le 29 sept. 2024 sur HotelsThe hotel was great. The service was not. We had a late arrival and the doors were locked and no one was at the front desk. The phone number on the door went to a generic voicemail. Marriott customer service called the hotel on repeat. We started looking for a new place to stay. After about 20 min someone passed by. No apologies or explanation.

Beds were not comfortable. Shower malfunctioned.

Our stay was good and rooms were clean but parking is a bit tough but it worked out. Would stay here again.

Check in difficult with Dana but property is great and breakfast was good.
