Studio A is a nice-sized rental space --- perfect for a few days in the Bentonville area. Easy parking, nice and quiet, very clean, comfortable furniture. The bedding and bath towels smelled so clean and fresh! We loved having an actual kitchen, complete with a fridge, microwave, Kureg, etc. Being able to sit on the furnished outdoor patio each evening was such a nice addition, however, it would have been nice had the furniture and general area been free of debris (i.e., a bit tidier).
Our one complaint is the lighting.... Not enough lamps in the living area (only one), so we were forced to turn on the overhead lights each evening, which we hate. I would highly recommend adding another table lamp (empty table at the end of the comfy sofa) and a floor lamp so that guests can read and relax without the harsh, bright light of the ceiling cans.
Overall a quality stay that we can support and recommend to others.
