Downstairs you'll find a spacious open concept living/dining space with a gas fireplace, plenty of seating and tons of natural light. The kitchen is perfectly appointed with everything you need for making meals. The side patio provides space for enjoying sunrise coffee or sundown cocktails. You'll also find a half bath for guests, a 2 car garage for your vehicles & bikes and a fully fenced in yard.

Upstairs enjoy 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a king size bed, room darkening shades, 100% cotton bedding and super comfy mattresses & pillows.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, a designated workspace with a desk, sofa, outdoor private balcony as well as an attached spa-like bathroom with double vanities, walk in shower, deep soaking tub & a large walk in closet.

We stayed here while we were in town for a Razorback game. The ease to shopping, restaurants and the UofA made this a perfect choice. We plan on booking again in the spring. The only issue we had was the bathtub drain wouldn’t plug, so no soaking.

This Home was so beautiful. Very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and lovely outdoor sitting spaces. 5 minute drive to downtown bentonville, we spent an entire day there. Tons of great restaurants and a quick trail to the crystal bridges art museum. We would rent this again for sure!

We loved everything about the property! The attention to detail in every corner made the stay so comfortable. The location was great - no more than a 10 minute drive to anywhere we wanted to go and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. 10/10 recommend this place for a couple or a family with children present. This was one of the smoothest, easiest stays I've ever experienced. The property is as perfect as it appears in the photos, the neighborhood is quiet, and there are several spaces here for good conversations. We ate breakfast on the patio off the kitchen both mornings and thoroughly enjoyed the birds. This property is one you can count on enjoying!
