We are an 8 min bike ride or 5 min drive to the Bentonville Square & walking distance to groceries, bike rental, a spirits shop & a locally favorited restaurant/bar. Truly a prime location for all things MTB & those who want to be close to downtown or a straight shot to the trails.

Downstairs you'll find a spacious open concept living/dining space with a gas fireplace, plenty of seating and tons of natural light. The kitchen is perfectly appointed with everything you need for making meals. The side patio provides space for enjoying sunrise coffee or sundown cocktails. You'll also find a half bath for guests, a 2 car garage for your vehicles & bikes and a fully fenced in yard.

Upstairs enjoy 2 spacious bedrooms, each with a king size bed, room darkening shades, 100% cotton bedding and super comfy mattresses & pillows.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, a designated workspace with a desk, sofa, outdoor private balcony as well as an attached spa-like bathroom with double vanities, walk in shower, deep soaking tub & a large walk in closet.

This Home was so beautiful. Very spacious and clean. We enjoyed the quiet neighborhood and lovely outdoor sitting spaces. 5 minute drive to downtown bentonville, we spent an entire day there. Tons of great restaurants and a quick trail to the crystal bridges art museum. We would rent this again for sure!

We loved everything about the property! The attention to detail in every corner made the stay so comfortable. The location was great - no more than a 10 minute drive to anywhere we wanted to go and the neighborhood was nice and quiet. 10/10 recommend this place for a couple or a family with children present. The fully fenced in yard was also great for our toddler.

This was one of the smoothest, easiest stays I've ever experienced. The property is as perfect as it appears in the photos, the neighborhood is quiet, and there are several spaces here for good conversations. We ate breakfast on the patio off the kitchen both mornings and thoroughly enjoyed the birds. This property is one you can count on enjoying!

Absolutely loved the property. Clean, modern, home - perfect for my stay. Within walking distance from downtown Bentonville, 5-7 min drive or Uber.. quiet neighborhood, huge empty garage for your vehicle, amazing upstairs shower and tub Definitely plan on booking again for my next trip up there!!

Location is very good
Location was good, check in was super easy and the place was clean. Having the garage is pretty much a must for us and having an opener to put in our truck was even better for the ease of coming and going. We were able to ride right from the house to the trails which was awesome for us. The house was very clean and had all the right amenities. We will be booking here again for next year.

Loved this place. Great from arrival to departure. Clean and well equipped place with a nice layout, everything needed for cooking was available. Having a big garage was helpful with a van and a few bikes. Close access to Slaughter Pen, Coler, and downtown. Had a great stay!

Perfect location, impeccable house near downtown Bentonville
We came to visit to take my son to see University of Arkansas. This house did not disappoint! It was well stocked with all that we needed. The beds were comfortable and the decor super cute. The location was easy access to downtown with a Walmart right behind it for groceries. I would definitely book again.

Five Star by Far
This property wins first prize for the best B&B we've ever had the pleasure to experience. It exceeded our expectations; the pictures are accurate (ie, it is beautifully decorated and immaculate) but there is so much more. It is well stocked (with plenty of everything you could possibly want/need), comfortable, and convenient to whatever you might want to do in Bentonville. We've stayed all over the world, oftentimes in B&B's, but nothing can compare to the excellence of this one.

Details, details, details!
We stay in short term rentals wherever we travel and I can honestly say this one felt the most like home! From spices in the kitchen to candles by the tub this home had it all. My favorite was the kitchen "junk" drawer that had a pair of scissors and a giant roll of tape to seal up the Christmas boxes for travel. The hospitality was also top notch! We all were delighted with the lit Christmas tree and decorations in the den. Melissa was very responsive and easy to work with. Sheets were soft, blankets abound and there were enough towels to satisify four people for 9 days!! It was wonderful from start to finish! Cant say enough great things. We will be back!!

Awesome Stay!!!
This home is absolutely beautiful. It was super clean, comfortable, and was supplied with everything we could need and more. The garage was definitely a bonus. We had some rainy weather, so it was nice not having to unload in the wet weather. Check in was seamless. The house was actually ready before check in time, so Melissa messaged us and told us we could go on over whenever we wanted to. She also responded to any messages/questions that I sent prior to our arrival promptly. We are already discussing a return trip to Bentonville and will definitely be booking this property when we come back! It is absolutely the best VRBO we have ever stayed in!!!
