Although the neighborhood was a little sketch, the deck in back was secluded & had a very pretty wooded view. The location is only 3 miles from downtown. Mit was very nice and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again!

This rental is extremely well stocked and checkout was simple. We would highly recommend this property.

Amazing Vacation Rental

There was a biking trail a few yards from the property that we used for our morning bike trips. The house was only a few minutes from the attractions in Bentonville and was perfect for our trip. Mit was an excellent host and was readily available for anything that we needed. I highly recommend the Llama House for anyone staying in the Bentonville area.

We had a little incident when we couldn’t get in but a quick message to the owner and we were in with no problem.

He has thought of everything and made our time of family celebration comfortable and enjoyable for us all.
