최근에 지어진 훌륭핰 호텔입니다만
서비스가 전혀 그에 걸맞지 않습니다.
수영장 베드 이용이 50분씩이라는 안내를 했다가 안했다가 하다가 저희가 맥주와 피자를 먹으니 말 못하다기 맥주 줄어들기를 기다리다가 가급적 먹고 빨리 베드를 비워달라 하여 불쾌하였고 조식이 정말 가짓수도 적고 맛도 별로입니다. 같은 음료를 시켜도 작은 물컵에 담아 서빙되는 사람과 큰 음료컵에 서빙되는 사람이 있어 황당했습니다.
이후 후쿠오카 그랜드하얏트 조식 및 서비스와 비교되었습니다. 체크인, 주차, 체크아웃, 룸서비스에서는 진정한 hopitality를 느꼈어요. 다만 레스토랑, 수영장(레스토랑 직원과 동일함) 서비스는 매우 의아하고 불쾌했습니다.

As a 5 stars hotel entitled with “Intercontinental” and under “IHG Group” they should be thankful to all international staffs who willing to work at this hotel. They had presented hospitality and deserved to be complimented. I was bringing my best hope and expectation to book this hotel. I had much appreciated the check-in staffs who had upgraded a city view room for our stay however the cleanliness was terrible, full of dirty marks on carpet, dirty sheet cover made me and my parents got itchy after seat on bed…the housekeeping after the second day didn’t tidy up and stocked back the room well..
I am so thankful to all international staffs from doormen, concierge and FOH although I can’t pronounce their name properly i was sorry, I do believe they need more training about their service attitude for local staffs if this hotel would love to stay their market customers.
The breakfast they have which is so basic and nothing have to be surprising, I will rather spend these price to local hotel instead but will never recommend or return.

The hotel is expensive but worth it. Our breakfast was amazing, the pool and hot tub spotless, and the room/bathroom/balcony very clean and comfortable. The hotel is in a beautiful location on the hill and was a treat to be at for our four nights! Also, it is a good location for some sightseeing such as the seven hells.
