Very spacious and modern apartment. I forgot to take my cell phone while checking out, the staff kept it properly and inform me immediately 👍. We missed the place and will come back definitely.

Very decent hotel in modern jap style. Warm services, dust free room clean. Free spring and snacks. 2 minutes walk from Beppu Station. Just perfect.

Bad service,good room

The room and location is so good.but communication is very bad.Owner have to send me password code 1day before check in but they don't.you have to use local telephone to call them and ask for the code. So terrible

돈키호테 뱃푸점이 바로 옆에 있어 쇼핑하기 좋습니다. 유명하다는 식당들이 도보로 이동할 만한 거리에 있습니다. 호텔이 매우 청결하며 조용한 주택가에 위치해 있습니다. 프런트 데스크가 없는 무인호텔로서 체크인 24시간 전에 도어락 코드가 담긴 이메일을 보내준다고 하였지만 체크인 당일 아침에 제가 직접 요청을 한 이후에야 이메일을 보냈습니다. 이 점만 빼고는 만족스런 호텔입니다.

I would give a 5 stars if the staff could send me the check in instruction on time and before check in time. I had to use Expedia customer service to contact the Hotel staff and get the door code.
