酒店地點難找。入門口 check in 全程電腦化。浪費我們太多時間

비슷한이름의 숙소가 근처에있어서 헤매다가 들어갔어요 같은host의 여러지점이 있더라구요 시설이랑은 좋았는데 담배피는곳이 현관바로앞이라서 호텔안에 담배냄새가 너무 많이나요

Good location and place, but bad customer service

A major hiccup - bad customer service.
Unmanned accommodation, so had to contact customer service via the tablet in the lobby entrance for any issue. No hot water for shower on winter night. Customer service staff unhelpful and bad attitude. Claimed that we didn't follow instructions. Contacted Hotels.com customer service agent, equally bad. 1st agent tried to brush me off by saying that he would give me 67 bucks to end case. Literally treating me like a beggar. Had to get 2-3 agents for someone to get hotel staff to do the right thing. Ended up the room tablet (with all instructions) was spoilt when technician came to check heater. Technician who came by was helpful and took time to explain workaround approach and how to make things work.

Overall is a good stay
Publié le 18 sept. 2023 sur HotelsLocation was not too far from food place but need to walk. Room is comfortable and nice and brand new building. But only have 2 park lot but able to park at the open space opposite. Overall, good experience.
