Dear Luis, many thanks for your review! We are sorry for the inconvenience but as explained was not our problem but expedias platform as they didnt update our hotel as fully booked! We were trying to communicate with expedia the moment you made the reservation and that was 10 min before your arrival! Wishing you had a pleasant stay and hopefully we will meet again! Kind regards!

Udemærket Hotel i Berat

Morgenmaden var lidt kedelig, men dækkede vores værste sult.
Byen er hyggelig, og i gå afstand, gode caféer og stille og rolig by.
Vila Nino ligger i et område med høns/haner og hunde som larmer - kan virke noget irriterende om natten.

Very nice accommodation

- In the evening there was a big music noise from nearby place, missing shower curtain and seating at the balcony.
