I do not appreciate that I had to pick up the phone and call someone to come to the front desk during normal check-in hours. We have stayed here many times, and their customer service has steadily declined. It’s also noisy; I can always hear the next room’s tv. Otherwise, a satisfactory stay.

The hotel didn’t have our reservation through Expedia. They had a room available, but charged me Way more than what was listed on Expedia. The room was very outdated, dirty, dark, and smelled like smoke, despite being a smoke free room. The pictures in the listing are extremely misleading. And we were rudely rushed out at 10:30 even though checkout was 11:00. Definitely will Not stay here again.

Do not stay at this property. It is not cared for. Pool is closed with toys in it. The meeting room looks like the family is living in it. The staff is rude. The room is the worst I have ever stayed in. Across the street is a motel. Owned by retired couple should have stayed there. Everyone in town even says the motel is better than this property. The staff at the hotel do not care about you or your stay.

Odor in room was noxious, air conditioning was working properly and the carpets needed to be vacuumed

The manager screamed and yelled in my face the night after my wedding. I’m very pregnant as well. We put in our reservation that we had pets and he said that we didn’t tell the desk so we had to pay a $200 fee. When I tried to explain that we did inform them as it was in our reservation he screamed and yelled at me in my face and threatened to call the police on me. The Wi-Fi was horrible and the bedspread has stains everywhere as well.

Awful
Publié le 6 juill. 2024 sur HotelsHotel is in terrible condition. Leaky stool and sink. Carpet torn. Entrance is really bad and not taken care of. Swim pool boarded up. Weeds everywhere. Lawn not mowed.
Clerk at desk very nice.
Continental breakfast so sad. Scary to even sit in lobby. Needs state inspection.
Never stay there again. We were there for our mothers funeral.
