The biggest scammer in bergamo. The owner sent me a link to check in but it said "no reservation found". I texted owner, he didn't reply. I called, he didn't answer. We had to go to milan. The checkin closing time was 8pm. After countless times we called owner again at around 5pm, he picked up. We told him about the link and asked to fix it and if it is okay for us to came a little late. He agreed to it and said I'll check link. We were in peace that owner will fix the link and accommodate us when we reach the property. We reached at 9pm. I texted him, and guess what he said ? "I'm not coming now." We kept trying. My old mother had a knee problem, i sent him countless texts and called him many times. But he didn't accommodate us. The link to check in never worked. We spent night out in streets. Next morning we had to book another hotel and we never got our money back.

Passable for one night
Publié le 22 oct. 2024 sur HotelsIt was ok. A little dirty. Couldn't find bedding for pull out bed. Duvet had no cover on it. Only one pillow for my two children so I slept without a pillow. All other cushions and bedding were dirty and had stains. Shower looked too dirty to use. No hand wash or coffee but I guess was ok for one night. Would not stay there again

Terrible stay
Publié le 10 oct. 2024 sur HotelsForfærdelig oplevelse på Residence Bonomelli. Placering ift centrum egentligt glimrende, men området og fyldt med hjemløse og føles ikke specielt trygt at færdes i. Men det er hvad det er.
Rengøringen på værelset var nærmest ikke synlig da vi ankom. Beskidt bad, toilet og gulv. Derudover kunne vi hurtigt se hvilken hårfarve den forhenværende gæst havde haft. Der lå lange hår i madrassen. Derudover virkede varmen på værelset ikke, og det var derfor usandsynligt koldt, og vi har begge hostet og snottet siden dag 2 af i alt 4 dage på værelset.
Vil ikke anbefale dette til min værste fjende, og de bør virkelig genoverveje hvordan de driver deres værelser.

Dissatisfied- would not recommend
Publié le 29 sept. 2024 sur HotelsDissapointing. First, with check in online having to pay €40 instead of the mentioned 25€, claiming it would be for cleaning costs. However, the place was really dirty when entering (see pictures). The place was in the basement. There’s also a bad smell. A small fridge was put on the ground but made so much noise that I couldn’t sleep. Not worth the money at all

Good enough accommodation when you can find it and finally get into the building. Follow the check in details closely to ensure you pay and that allows the main door to open - no check-in staff available.

Fue poco, podria mejorar..
Publié le 19 sept. 2024 sur HotelsEs un subsuelo,(nunca me lo dijeron) que da a la calle, acceso por escsleras, poca luz, cama muy baja con colchon vencido, sin cubiertos, olor a sotano y a baño del triturador. Buena ubicacion, para pasear por la ciudad y acceso al tren, muchos comercios cerca, bien el agua caliente. Adecuado si el precio fuera un poco mas economico.

Publié le 24 juill. 2024 sur HotelsDid not answer any of my calls when I arrived. Got to the apartment and found it was double booked. Would not return any calls or messages whilst I was there. Refused a refund through Hotels.con because the host would not approve it. No hotels available in the city & had to stay in a strangers house we met on the street!

Access to the apartment is controlled through a phone app.
You will not get a link to download this phone app unless you pay a couple of extra charges that are stated have to be paid in cash to the reception upon arrival.
The introductory emails state that reception is open between 8am and 8pm, but there is no reception on site and they do not respond to emails.
While the room was pleasant, it is almost impossible to actually get into it.
Find somewhere else that has staff and service.

The room (20) was freezing cold with no instructions to work the heating, apart from that the stay was fine.
