Très bel appartement
Publié le 23 juill. 2018 sur HomeAwayL'appartement est très agréable. Néanmoins il donne sur une rue extrêmement passante et bruyante qui empêche d'apprécier la vue sur la Dordogne. La cuisine n'a pas de lave vaisselle. Enfin il n'y a pas de parking attenant à la maison et la télévision ne capte pas toute les chaînes française (En pleine coupe du monde).

The apartment is double glazed and no outside noise can be heard indoors.
We have welcomed 8 couples to the apartment this season for whom the outside road noise was not a problem, and all rated the apartment with five stars. The property description clearly show this town apartment is next to the road that runs alongside the river, that no t.v is available just a DVD player, and there is no dishwasher.

Perfect apartment in a great location

It was very spacious, clean and comfortable, everything and more that we needed for a very enjoyable holiday. Its location, overlooking the river was ideal and the garden was lovely to relax in. There are plenty of very good restaurants within easy walking distance. Clare is a perfect host and made our stay so enjoyable. We thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Magical sunsets from the terrace
Publié le 8 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe property is ideally located to explore Bergerac and the surrounding areas. Excellent restaurants within a short walk from the apartment. The covered dining area is a wonderful place to watch the sunset across the river. We can recommend the Cyrano Experience located in the Harbour in the Tourist Information/Wine Centre.
Also an ideal location to tour the surrounding are and se recommend Monpazier which is a short drive to the south.

Lovely stay in Bergerac Old Town.
Publié le 8 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis is a large, well equipped and beautiful apartment. It has everything you need and is a great location for the old town and local restaurant which are wonderful. Parking was always available a short walk along the river.
The garden is a nice place to sit and look at the river, although the road between the house and the river is buy and can be noisy.
Overall though this is a great place to stay to experience Bergerac and as a base to explore the region.

Apartment is lovely
Publié le 10 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayJust like the pics. Bed was comfortable. Centrally located. Outside location is just above a busy road with a lot of car traffic. No noise heard inside. Great sunsets. Washer probably needs to be refreshed as it was a little musty. Would stay again.

Thanks for review and good tip about washer , it had been unused over the winter, hence the fussiness! All freshened now after several uses!
