Amenities were non existent, from tissues to shower cap. My husband had to hook up hot water in our room.
Lightbulbs need replacing, so reading in our room was difficult.
Tom was gracious and works hard, but seemed to be juggling his many roles.

That owner Mary was extremely personable and kind as was her husband. The Inn was clean and breakfast was fantastic.
We would definitely stay there again.

The most wonderful aspect of this place is the proprietor. She really goes the extra distance to make sure you have a wonderful experience. Took me under her wing, brought me to her favorite restaurant before it closed so I could eat. Very sweet and attentive.

From the very first moment of our arrival Mary was such an excellent host. And our room, "chef's kiss, a big comfy bed and a beautiful bathroom too. Very clean and well kept. And the breakfast followed suite with everything here. Super fresh and well prepared. If you are staying here in town at Berkeley springs I would definitely stay here.
