The Dove's Nest is a luxurious cabin nestled in the woods of Berkeley Springs. The dove represents peace and love which is what you will find at this private relaxing retreat.

Designed for a romantic couples’ getaway, the Dove's Nest features one king bedrooms with plush bedding and a vaulted ceiling. Custom hickory cabinets, hickory floors and custom American made cedar log furniture decorate the cabin. You can relax on the comfortable Lazy Boy furniture in the great room and enjoy the stunning floor to ceiling stone gas fireplace. The bathroom includes a large jetted tub and a walk-in shower. The kitchen has granite counter tops, GE Slate HE appliances and is stocked with everything you will need to fix delicious gourmet meals. You can grill outdoors in any weather on the covered porch.

The cabin is 925 square feet, wheelchair accessible with a concrete pad and ramp to the porch. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bath, sleeps up to 2 adults and 2-3 small children. The cabin is furnished with everything you need for an enjoyable stay including Dish Network, Frontier Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi is steady but not super fast.

Bath chairs and elevated toilet seats are available on request.

We also have a two bedroom cabin named Buck Haven situated in walking distance to the Dove's Nest. Buck Haven's listing ID is 969021. Both properties are thoughtfully situated for privacy yet close enough for friends and family to rent and have a great time together.

This cabin was AMAZING! Everything was so clean and I have never stayed in a rental that was so well stocked. From the moment we walked in the cabin we were made to feel at home with a personalized note and small surprises. Wow. What a great stay.
From the time of time of booking to the exit of our stay. Communication was great. Any questions we were answered within a hour. We met with Janin and she was genuine. She showed us the other cabin they have. They had a few surprises for us. First she had arrive treats. They we were gonored to have fresh eggs. I do love brown eggs. With all this said if you are lookin for a cabin in Berkeley Springs please get with Janin. We have found our to go place. We are planning our September 2025 vacation which will include this property. Thank you Janin for a great stay.

Perfect cabin in the woods
This newly built cabin stay was absolutely wonderful. We actually took pictures of the place in case we ever get the chance to build our own. There’s a nice stream at the bottom of the long driveway where we caught a few fish almost immediately. The host was wonderful and reached out to us to let us know we could check in early and stay late. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

The perfect get away
What a wonderful getaway. Dove’s Nest was perfect for our anniversary weekend. It was so nice to stay in a rental with quality finishes and quality furnishings! My wife and I have rented countless cabins through VRBO over the years and have been very happy with many of them. The Dove's Nest has jumped to the very top of our list of favorites. This cabin is well built, thoughtfully decorated, and immaculately clean. Janie is an extremely gracious host. She made sure that we had all of the information that we would need to enjoy our stay. She and Cy have thought of everything the guests will need to have a wonderful time. We are already looking forward to our next trip to Berkely Springs and our next stay at the Dove's Nest!

Amazing cabin
Exceptionally clean and well stocked with everything you need for a great weekend. The attention to detail in every aspect of this cabin was spectacular. Even the leaves were cleared around the house, the dogs loved that ! Nice clean property, very well stocked Kitchen. Close to hiking trails, and nice relaxing tub for afterwards. Tough to get in to the couple of nice restaurants in Berkley Springs, suggest calling ahead of your trip if looking for a fine dinning experience.

Paradise up on the ridge

We were so impressed with this beautiful, rustic cabin in the woods. The hosts were overwhelming accommodating and responsive. Private Cabin in the trees
Janie, the property manager, was quickly responsive to questions about the property and the area, both before and during our stay. Most questions already answered with the many instruction sheets throughout. Eggs and vegetables from their garden welcomed us. Super clean place! Spacious interesting architecture which includes a wraparound covered porch/deck with grill, porch swing, rocking chairs and picnic table. (The lower level is for storage and not open to guests.) *Be careful on the ramp when wet - very slippery!* Similar cabin with additional bedroom located across the road & Janie graciously gave us a tour of that cabin between guests. Both cabins together would work well for larger groups. Most cooking needs supplied including extensive cookware, utensils, many spices and dishwasher. Laundry needs also met with washer/dryer, detergent, dryer sheets. The two of us staying in July hiked in nearby Cacapon Park and the nature preserve Eidolon. Some short, easy trails in Cacapon in addition to more difficult trails, most not too difficult, just right for us. Did I mention - super clean place!

Our stay at the Dove’s Nest was the perfect getaway to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The cabin was perfectly presented with everything we needed. The quite nature surroundings were easily enjoyed from the covered porch that provided views of the treetops. Special thanks to Janie who was quick to respond to a few minor issues that arose during our stay. The welcome note, fruit, snacks and eggs were a special touch.
