Nous n’avons pas trouvé de chambre à notre arrivée. Réservation annulée car erreur de Systeme de l’hôtel. Horrible!!!!

Unfortunately, there was a system error that led to misunderstandings with the reservation. Your reservation was made at the time we had the system failure and rooms were booked even though we had no more capacity. Your reservation was canceled the day before arrival and an email was sent to you informing you not to arrive.
