Publié le 26 déc. 2022 sur HomeAwayLa pièce principale est dégagée, la cuisine est bien équipée, la literie confortable. Notre hôte et charmante et répond bien. Au 7ème étage, appartement très clair avec vue sur les immeubles voisins et balcon. 2 stations de métro à côté. Très pratique.

Publié le 20 sept. 2018 sur HomeAwayWe are city people, and used to city hustle and bustle. We expected some noise as this apartment is centrally located. But that is not the case. We slept with open windows, got gentle breeze, slept on nice linens and sheets. We noted that there is no air conditioning, such that hot summer days may need to be managed (close the blinds, etc).
The location is outstanding, with easy access to StadtMitte station, on U2 and U6.
We were professionally met. Key handoff/return was on time.
If you enjoy cookery, then bring your chef's knife. The cooking utensils are rudimentary and the knives blunt and thus dangerous, yet the 2-burner induction cooktop is great.
Note: On then ground floor, there is a Studio Cycle site. Outstanding service.

Publié le 27 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe apartment was small but clean and efficient. 10 min walk to grocery store, about 6 minutes to the Stadtmitte subway. Many excellent restaurants within blocks. We had a perfect stay in Berlin. We had perfect weather so never needed to check out the heat/ac. In fact, we just had the windows open - not even noisy despite being so central.

Interesting experience
Publié le 1 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayLocation great. Elevator a lifesaver. Poor connection with man with keys upon arrival. Was not informed parking on street cost Euro 4.00 an hour!!! Stove didn't work - NO Instructions. NO microwave. NO info on recycling. One of glass doors on Schrank in bedroom was cracked. Shower didn't function properly. We survived, but will NOT return to this apt.

Hi Judith,
I am really surprised because the stove is working properly, it is an induction plate so that it works only when it catches the pot on it. We did not have any message from you about that or we would have explained you how it worked. About the microwave there is a microwave, it is the oven that is in the kitchen, it is a multi-function so that it can work as an oven and also as a microwave.
About the shower it is working as always.
About elevator, yes, there is elevator :)
I asked for the communication between you and the check-in person and they sent me all the communication so that why do you say that there was not communication about that? Maybe you are not happy about the price of the the parking but in the center of Berlin it is in this way and I can not do anything to change it.

Publié le 1 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayCommunication was excellent. Very easy to access. Perfect location. It’s a perfect space for 2 people. 3 tops. Lovely balcony- we enjoyed it every day. The space was clean, bed comfortable.. I ran the marathon & it was easily walkable. Also close to subway. We had everything we needed. thank you to the host. We had an amazing time in Berlin

Publié le 16 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe so very much enjoyed Berlin-- fascinating city with a tortured and difficult history (e.g. Fascism, WWII destruction, Berlin Wall). Our visit was even more enjoyable-- with the conveniently located and comfortable apartment. It was perfect for a couple-- the kitchen had all we needed and the bathroom was clean and well kept.

Publié le 16 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayAlle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. Das Apartment ist funktional eingerichtet, alles Notwendige für einen Kurzaufenthalt ist vorhanden. Das Badezimmer könnte etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit vertragen (Toilettendeckel, Duschkopf und Halterung). Sehr schalldichte Fenster.
