Très bon hotel dans l ensemble. Magnifique dejeuner.
Dommage que le spa soit en supplement, nous avions choisi cette hotel pour la piscine et informe qu au check in

Indeed, we have a small surcharge for the use of the SPA InterContinental Berlin to maintain the exclusivity of this luxury area and to ensure that all our SPA members and guests can fully enjoy this time in a relaxed atmosphere. The fitness centre is open 24/7 free of charge. I am very sorry if this was not clear to you when you made the reservation we will double check on the communication . In case you decide on the IHG one rewards membership, the entire SPA area will be free of charge. Good to read that you still really enjoyed the Hotel, and we hope to welcoming you back again at another time.

Intercontinental Berlin is probably poorly managed because it is not at a the standard of Intercontinental. TV channels not working. Electricity Master working to switch off but not on, no shower gel the first day, clock still at summer time in December… May be acceptable in a low level hôtel but not for the price of Intervintubental. I was disappointed.
