Bon hôtel, pas le meilleur NH Collection que j’ai pu faire. Néanmoins le petit-déjeuner est toujours de qualité, au niveau attendu de la chaine.
Situation géographique très bonne pour visiter les monuments historiques principaux, néanmoins ce n’est pas le quartier le plus actif de Berlin pour le soir (préférer Charlottensburg ou Alexanderplatz).
Chambre de qualité, vue sur la cour intérieure.

The only positive thing is the location of this hotel. The room is old and extremely dirty & dusty. I even had to clean for 2 hours otherwise it’s impossible to stay here. The people at the reception are extremely unkind & rude : particularly Ivo & Leonie. However the people who work at breakfast and the bar / restaurant are kind & helpful. Not sure that I will come back again nor recommend this hotel to anyone !!

L’établissement est tres bien situé le petit déjeuner est très bien.
En revanche, nous sommes réveillé 2 fois par les femmes de menage qui frappent à la porte et insistent puis entrent… la chambre n’est pas à la hauteur d’un 4 étoiles. La chaise se decompose au niveau du fond laissant des depots au sol. La baignoire est abimée plus d’email à certains endroits et le carrelage abîmé également.

A l arrivee traces de saletes sur haut de la porte intérieure. Dans la chambre une machine a café présene, un peu de cafe mais pas de tasse ni cuillere. Oblige de le signaler 3 fois en 2 jours. Ce ne correspond pas aux standards d un hôtel 4 étoiles.
