It’s an excellent location. Literally next door to the zoo. Lots of local amenities and good transport options. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly.

Great to be back here. We needed an emergency stay after our flight was cancelled after a week with friends. And the staff were so helpful. It's our forth time here and we will definitely be back.

It was a nice hotel to stay for a long weekend. The description says the rooms are sound proof but I disagree with this, the traffic noise from outside was really quite loud in our room, it woke us multiple times during our stay. Similarly the description also suggests there is a ‘pillow menu’, not sure what that is, we had a choice of a harder memory foam pillow or a soft one, that was the extent of the menu. Finally on the negative side, some areas of the hotel and the surrounding area had a sewerage smell during our stay which was quite unpleasant. Other than these negatives the room was good, a nice size with a very comfortable bed, the hotel itself had everything we needed along with the restaurant. Berlin hasn’t been our favourite for Christmas markets so we won’t be back, but our stay was a good one with the hotel in mind.

Very friendly staff. Clean room and well designed interior. One reason we booked this hotel was because the spa had such good reviews. We were informed before we arrived that the spa would reopen before our stay, then informed that if it had not reopened, we could use a neighbouring hotel spa. When we checked in we were informed that the spa would not be reopening during our stay and that the neighbouring hotel spa was fully booked - disappointing.

Excellent hotel very close to the zoo, aquarium and Europa centre. Interesting decor throughout the hotel halps it stand out from the other hotels. Great breakfast with a great range of well prepared and well presented food.

Property was excellent, modern and stylish. Was in a great location for as we were close to all the locations we wanted to see. Rooms were clean, large spacious shower & bedding was comfortable. The Main Downfall was the lack of spa, pool or gym. Shortly before our stay, We found out these facilities had been closed since the 11th of November but we were only informed on the 26th which is a real shame. Upon emailing about this prior to our visit, we were met with no response. We wouldn’t have been so disappointed if we were informed earlier or some sort of a ‘gesture of good will’ had been offered. Overall, a great experience though besides the facilities and we would likely book again.

It would be nice for customers to know that they are to pay a €50 per night charge that is not included in the information after booking. Also the pool, spa, and gym. Were all closed. Resulting in a less than expectation stay. Beyond that, the hotel was nice and clean. Just be cautious that you wont get what you expect. Also has one of those scammy minibar arrangements.
