Nous avons tout aimé de cet hôtel. Le personnel est accueillant, les chambres sont grandes et propres et l'emplacement est central et permet de joindre facilement les principales attractions touristiques de Berlin à pied.

Petit déjeuner très cher pour ce qui est proposé. Très bien placé, très calme pour les chambre côté jardin, personnel impliqué pour que l’on passe un agréable séjour.

Pas loin de la Philarmonie, environ 4 minutes à pied... et c'est pour ceci que nous étions à Berlin. Accueil excellent.

Hotel propre et très bien placé mais service décevant Lit bebe pas dans la chambre à notre arrivée alors que j'avais téléphoné dans la semaine pour m'en assurer et avons du le réclamer à 2 reprises à notre arrivée Service voiturier un peu limite à notre départ: n'a pas pris la peine de garer correctement la voiture pour que nous chargions nos affaires donc voiture en plein milieu de la voie des bus qui klaxonnent pendant que tu charges Les affaires...bof
