Terrible service and no staff on site to help

Terrible service. They expect you to print a form and then sign it and return it by email which is not helpful if you are booking on the day and travelling like I was. When I told them this, they said there are forms when you arrive. Nobody available to help when you arrive. In fact I didn’t t see one member of staff in the whole 2 day stay. They didn’t give any access code to enter the building so I wasn’t able to enter the building to get the form. When I managed to get with another guest, I completed the form and then returned it by email. I was then left waiting for 2 hours after a long flight and busy day to get the access code to enter the apartment. I only got the code when I called the booking agent to cancel the booking - only then were the staff bothered to check the multiple emails I had sent. Inside the apartment it is small and there is no shower gel. No air conditioning. No coffee or tea. Overall it was awful service and I would not recommend to anyone.

Exactly as advertised, a nice quiet and cozy place to stay. We had a blast in Berlin, and VisionApartments were a great launchpad for it.

The location was quite good overall, although a coffee was a good 10 minutes away. There is a coffee machine in the apartment, but considering the cleanliness of the rest of the apartment I wasn't confident in using it. The apartment would be fine apart from a bit more maintenance and a thorough clean. I should also add that if it wasn't for LastMinute pushing the operators to provide us access to the apartment, we probably would have end up on the street the first night. We booked months before and the email we needed to provide documents to gain access to the apartment turned up the same day we were due to check in. That was only after I chased it up through Last Minute support

It was very good, just I did not like no front desk. Check in had to online.
