Publié le 8 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had a great time. A few kinks at the beginning ( no working coffee machine, missing umbrellas mentioned in listing). Jeremy the property manager was super responsive and resolved all our issues in a timely manner. Good location. Great space for a family that surfs, like us, with a few boards, or a family with a lot of beach gear, great yard.The bathrooms are pretty dated and it could use a few board games ;) Otherwise is a nice little house.

Beach Vacation

Comfortable furniture and beds, nice outdoor area, charcoal grill- beach chairs (low to ground) provided, beach buggy provided as well. Location was great- the resident permit parking pass was great when you didn’t feel like taking the quick walk to the beach!

Bethany beach is very crowded in August. It would make sense to go around mid September instead.

Publié le 10 août 2022 sur HomeAwayWe really enjoyed our stay - the home was great. Very clean, ideal location, plenty of parking and very comfortable for a relaxing family vacation.
We hadn’t been to Bethany is a while, it’s not the sleepy beach town it once was. We didn’t mind but make reservations in advance. We weren’t able to get into some of our favorite restaurants. Not a big deal just a tip for vacationers.

It was very well equipped with everything you could need in the kitchen.
