Perfect House and Location for Large Group!

The bedrooms/bathrooms/family room and downstairs layout were so perfect for our group of family friends with lots of teens! We used all the areas - including the outside carport and deck. The kitchen was really well stocked, and so were the towels/sheets etc. Caroline was a wonderful and responsive host - we didn’t have any issues, just a question or 2 and she responded immediately. We would stay here again!

Multi generational getaway

Great for a group, bike to beach
Publié le 31 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat, responsive hostess! We had a group of 7, using four off the bedrooms. The house was very clean and just as shown online. It was nice that our dog was able to go with us as he has an injury.
Note this house is on Garfield, a major road into Bethany. Overall it was not an issue for us with two vehicles and a circle driveway. There is a huge backyard for yard games/ kids/ pet.
Minor pointers. If you have a group larger than 8 , you may need to grab paper bowls. Bowls are in low supply at the house. It may be hard to cook for a group larger than 8-10 due to kitchen size and counter space available.

lots of room!
Publié le 24 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe loved the size of the rooms and the space. Large family room upstairs allowed children to play / watch a movie. Large lawn outback. Only minor drawback is the busy road, but nothing can be done about that - just something to be aware of and use caution when children / pets are outside. Kids played in the back yard and we sat on the deck everyday. We had no issues with our stay and enjoyed our time very much.

Great property for large families!

PLENTY of rooms and the second living room upstairs is a great place to hang out and watch a movie. The backyard is HUGE and great for the kids to run around and get some energy out! The location honestly couldn’t be better. Walking distance to the beach, Wawa, and the beverage store nearby. We were a little concerned about being in the road but you can’t hear a thing from inside the house. I’ll definitely be considering this location for future stays in Bethany!

Great spot for a large group!

Great winter stay in beautiful Bethany Beach
