Posted Sep. 25, 2023 on HomeAwayOverall really great. Nice property - just a few broken fans and lampshade. Short walk to the beach and boardwalk, quiet neighborhood. Nice playground within walking distance. Only issue was really faulty Internet that took several days to be fixed by Vacasa - their communication with me about this issue was not great.

Posted Sep. 6, 2023 on HomeAwayWe absolutely loved this house. It had everything you could possibly need. Loved the out door shower. The front porch was so lovely. Everything was wonderful. Just the one fan in the queen bedroom did not work.
We will definitely be renting again.

Posted Aug. 20, 2023 on HomeAwayThis little house was sized right for us, and had amenities enough to be happy all week. The location was good, very quiet and homey. Must be an artist in charge vis a vis artwork, decor and simplicity of all. Nothing not needed. So glad there were cotton towels this time although poly sheets are still undesirable; brought our own.

Awesome place
Posted Apr. 12, 2023 on HomeAwayTotally redone, perfectly clean and close to beach. Couldn’t have asked for a better homebase to explore Delaware beaches. Fun to see the photos on Zillow before it was remodeled. Looks like a brand new house!
