Waves & Wilderness presents this 3-story cabin that offers all the amenities you could want: fast WiFi, a top-notch game room, and a prime location for enjoying all of the local attractions.

As you enter the cabin, you’ll find modern furnishings, knotty pine accents, and the perfect Western Maine setting to relax after a long day of skiing, hiking, and exploring all Maine has to offer.

**--MAIN LIVING AREA--**

The kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with stainless steel appliances and every utensil and gadget you need to cook a meal and dine with your friends and family. We also have a high chair and booster seat for the little ones. :)

The dining area has a handmade table that seats the entire group.

The living room has comfortable leather seating, a SMART TV to watch any of your favorite streaming shows or movies, and a gas fireplace.

From every seat, you can enjoy expansive views of Sunday River and the Mahoosuc Mountain Range.

**--BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS--**

The Master Bedroom, off the main floor, boasts a modern king bed, rustic furnishings, SMART TV, and an en-suite master bathroom complete with a giant tile shower.

As you head upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom has a king bed, complete with a SMART TV.

Across the hall is a bedroom that has a queen bed and a trundle bed with two twins. The bathroom has a full tub/shower combo.

As you head downstairs, you’ll find two more bedrooms, another full bathroom, and the game room.

The bedroom off the game room has two queen beds, a 65” SMART TV, and a mural that makes you feel like you’re sleeping in the woods.

Down the hall, you’ll find the kids' bedroom, complete with not one, not two, but three bunk beds, each with a full bed on the bottom and a twin on the top. Like every bedroom, it also has a SMART TV.

**--GAME ROOM & BAR--**

Also on the lower level, you’ll enter what is probably the best part of the house and where you’ll most likely hang out at night after a day of activities…

The game room has a full-size air hockey table, a shuffleboard, bar seating, wet bar, and a large SMART TV. It’s the perfect arrangement to keep the kids entertained and a fun place to hang out at night or on a rainy day.

**--OUTDOORS--**

Just outside the slider is a 300 square foot deck that spans the entire back of the house. Enjoy a cup of coffee on a rocker, cook up your favorite meal on the grill, and enjoy dinner at the outdoor table.

On the lower level sits a brand new hot tub under string lights with a stone walkway to the firepit. Perfect for a night of stargazing and s'mores as you take in the view of Sunday River and the Mahoosuc Mountain Range.

The cabin has spots for up to six cars.

There are no steep roads to get to this cabin.

All linens, towels, and basic soaps are provided.

The house has a full-size washer and dryer.

The house has a whole house generator so no fear of power outages.
