customer service was challenging to understand

was very disappointed in how personal/manager handled my concern for a refund for my mom of 1 night which we inquired about 3 months ago to do it. was told she had to check in first then they would adjust. A different story was told to her when she checked in….. unfortunately it also was extremely difficult to really understand the employees with language barrier???

the ac went out and it was really hot , so they moved us to a room with twin beds instead of a king [ sucks] , other tha that it was alright

There was no game room or fire pit.but the staff and cleanliness more than made up for it.I would definitely stay again.
