Publié le 19 déc. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was our second stay .It was as good as last time.A lovely, cosy cottage . Everything you could need for a great stay.spotlessly clean.This cottage is exceptionally placed for all of the local amenities.we couldn't fault it and will definitely be going back.

Perfect location, place looks tired, needs attention to detail and cleanliness not kite there!

Place needs a revamp in the bedrooms, one of them stinks to humidity, small room is an under bed sheet storage thing, room three is only one decent.
Kitchen nice just too many bits and bobs, unnecessary!!
Dunelm doesn’t make it better!!
Keep it simple and change the sofas xx

It’s it a central location with everything within a short walk. The host was excellent we had an issue in the bathroom and it was fixed promptly.
Would definitely recommend.

Pros and cons of cottage
Publié le 7 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayPositives: great location, kitchen equipment well stocked, plenty of towels, comfortable furnishings, nice to be able to sit outside and watch the trains go by.
Negatives: problems with plumbing in bathroom, ie flexible shower just dribbled, when WC is flushed water runs from the bath tap and can be tricky to get it to stop. Outside movement sensor light not working.

Bins was full outside and ww didnt read the book till after the bins had been emptied on tues. If you want the guests to put bins out you should leave a note out were we can see
