Minster View is a 1 bedroom apartment in central Beverley sleeping 2 - 4 persons. On the first floor, it faces Beverley Minster from the spacious lounge which is well appointed with a double sofa bed, comfortable seating for 4 and providing LCD flat screen smart TV with Freeview, DVD player and CD/radio with iPod dock. There is fibre optic wifi broadband internet provided for guests. The dining area seats 4, for which ample equipment is provided. A beautiful double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe offers views of the Minster and the oldest pub in the East Riding. The family bathroom has a full sized bath with a shower over. A separate kitchen is equipped with fridge-freezer, microwave, washing machine, cooker, kettle, toaster and coffee machine and is kitted out with all the crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment you would expect. A small library of books, CDs and DVDs is provided, along with a selection of games and plenty of tourist information. The apartment has its own private parking space, invaluable in the centre of town.

Festivals in Beverley: Beverley is fast becoming a hub for several festivals including the Folk festival, the Early Music festival, Literature and Comedy festivals, a Blues festival and a Food festival as well as events such as Ladies Day at the Races, The Victorian Christmas Market and many horse racing meetings throughout the year.
Birdwatching: East Yorkshire offers some of the best birding in the UK! Its coastal sites include auk and gannet colonies on cliffs, esturine marshes and superb migration hotspots...It has a great reputation as a great county for sea-watching, rare migrants at the coast and some excellent inland sites too. Bempton Cliffs with its nesting seabirds, Spurn for migrants and Blacktoft with a plethora of waders and wetland species. Moreover, it is one of the best places to try a pelagic in the autumn for skuas and shearwaters.
Bempton Cliffs RSPB Reserve, these high chalk cliffs hold nationally important breeding seabird colonies. Up to 75,000 Kittiwakes provide a spectacular backdrop for large numbers of Common Guillemots, Razorbills and Puffins, as well as one of the only Gannet colonies in mainland Britain.
Blacktoft Sands RSPB Reserve is the best site in the region for Marsh Harrier and Bearded Tit and breeding avocet. Plus there's Flamborough Head, Spurn Point and Hornsea Mere within easy reach.
