As a self-catering lodge, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a full size Intergrated fridge/freezer, a large gas hob, an intergrated oven/microwave, a kettle,coffee maker,dishwasher and washing machine.
The lodge is a perfect place to relax and offers a 42" freeview television and internet access.


This lodge has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4.
In the first bedroom, you will find a king bed.
The second bedroom contains 2 single beds.


There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom is an en suite and has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The second bathroom has a toilet and sink and a large bath tub.


Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

ON SITE RULES

**Swimwear must be worn when using the hot tub**
*Hot tub not to be used after 1030pm due to the noise and disruption to other guests and owners.
* No swimming in any of the lakes.
*Noise to be kept to an absolute minimum after 10pm.

**Anybody in breach of these rules or policies will be asked to leave the site**

- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.

- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- Upto 2 pets allowed at the property.
