Publié le 2 nov. 2020 sur HotelsBooked the family room but on arrival I was told it was already booked and the Beyin eco resort does not use Hotel.com.
I was offered a small, smelly dirty room, with dirty sheets.
They said they didn't have my booking money and would have to pay for the small room.
Hotel.com lived up to the reputation on trust pilot, no help and then just ignored my emails.
Limited options in Beyin but the Tenack Hotel really helped me out and with a great discount

It is unfortunate to read this review here. We at Beyin Eco Beach Camp will like to make clarification here.
1. Beyin Eco Beach Camp is not Beyin Eco Beach Resort.
2. We do not have family rooms for rentals. We have one private suite which is rented out when available and we have not even advertised it.
3. We did not have any notice prior to your arrival. You arrived late, we had a full house but tried to solve the situation and you left because you were not satisfied.
Beyin Eco Beach Camp is basic but beautiful camping spot in Ghana and we do not offer dirty and smelly cabins. Thanks
