Points forts : Propreté
Points faibles : État et installations de l’hébergement, confort de la chambre
Nice location, lots of potential but falls flat
Our bad experience started when we tried to confirm our booking on the Tuesday before we got there. Even though we had paid when we booked our rooms, no one could confirm that. We called and called and called and for reason the main manager had disappeared without leaving any notes about who had bookings and was unable to be reached. The day before we we got there, the person at the front desk told us that we didn’t have any rooms booked and that there were people in all the rooms. We showed up anyways hoping to be able to work something out because we were hours away from home and wouldn’t have any backup. When we arrived we were told that we could get rooms because they trusted us that we had made a booking even though they had no record of us. I kept asking for the managers name and no one would tell me. Finally I got the name of Mr Twum, but he was again unavailable.
We booked 2 ocean view rooms, only one couple received that. For the other room we had a nice view of a water tower and the backs of some other rooms, and were told that we could see the ocean if we walked outside...
Then we were informed that because our room was a standard room, only 1 of the 2 of us could have breakfast. Our booking indicated free breakfast, but we had to argue that a room booked for two people should have breakfast included for both.
The only amazing part was the dinner. So overall, keep the cook, get a new manager.
