Dear Mr. Vijendra, We feel glad to know that you share your valuable feedback but we feel regret to know that you have not shared the whole story. Dear expedia Team i want to share our experience with this customer. The customer (MR. Vijendra) booked a room through. He came at hotel on check in time and forced hotel management to get that particular booking directly to save some money which he already booked through Expedia. Hotel staff denied that offer and continue with Expedia booking. In the order of anger and disappointment he posted that review. Kindly consider our issue. Hotel Ashoka will always loyal with this platform. Many Thanks.
