overall good, just let down in a couple of areas.
Publié le 16 juill. 2024 sur HotelsComfortable room and pleasant hotel atmosphere. Only poor experience was in the restaurant. They charged me 275Rs for what I asked to be a small about of dahi. Whilst they pointed out they hadn't charged me for the milk I had asked for. What they didn't realise was the milk I used at breakfast but took it to my room the night before to chill it and add chia seeds. I found this rude. Also in the restaurant they do not listen. They say yes yes yes to a request but then bring something you didn't ask for and force chai on you when you don't want it. I was not given information about different dining options in the hotel and when asking about House of ming to see the menu was told it was open. I went, it was not.

The people at the property were polite and always went the extra mile to please. Luxurious layout with all functional mod cons. Great bakery, delicious food at the Machaan. The lake view is a delight. Thanks Team Taj.
