My stay at ira hotel was great. All the staff (catering, housekeeping) were attentive to my small expectations and even beyond that. They were also considerate towards me. And the food was so delicious Which leads me to say that I'll be back next year without any hesitation.

I would never stay there again

Property in congested alleyway. No parking facility. Front desk did not look that appealing & still old fashioned paper work. Sign in register etc. Rooms were very small, dirty, smelly,damp. Saw three rooms to see which one I could like it. Dirty bed sheets, dirty pillow covers with stain on them. Just one picture. Checkout time 8am. Not good. Hinge of toilet seat was loose. Very uncomfortable to sit. Some how spent the night.

As per your feedback, we have taken a serious investigation among the staffs & CCTV footage and found below observations.1. You have mentioned Checkout time as 08:00 am but as per system you have checked out from Ira hotel Bhubaneswar around 10:30 . Please note Our standard Checkout time is 11:00 hrs not 8 AM.2. We never use manual paper register for Guest registration whereas our Hotel always follows E-Registration prior Check-in .3. As per our system record you had checked in room 306 and you are fine with the room & not received any complaints from your side. You have not seen any room for your choice before Check-in .4. The photo image you have upload with your feedback on which the Interior does not match with our property nor we don't provide flower printed Bed sheet\Mattress in any Room. Please reconfirm is it Ira Bhubaneswar or some other hotel you have stayed as We need to understand what went wrong actually in our Hotel . As your comments are crucial for us, and we are taking immediate steps to address these issues to enhance our guest experience. We are committed to providing our guests with the highest level of service and your input help us to continually improve. We hope to have the opportunity to welcome you back and provide you with the exceptional service that you should expect from us.
