As per your feedback, we have taken a serious investigation among the staffs & CCTV footage and found below observations.1. You have mentioned Checkout time as 08:00 am but as per system you have checked out from Ira hotel Bhubaneswar around 10:30 . Please note Our standard Checkout time is 11:00 hrs not 8 AM.2. We never use manual paper register for Guest registration whereas our Hotel always follows E-Registration prior Check-in .3. As per our system record you had checked in room 306 and you are fine with the room & not received any complaints from your side. You have not seen any room for your choice before Check-in .4. The photo image you have upload with your feedback on which the Interior does not match with our property nor we don't provide flower printed Bed sheet\Mattress in any Room. Please reconfirm is it Ira Bhubaneswar or some other hotel you have stayed as We need to understand what went wrong actually in our Hotel . As your comments are crucial for us, and we are taking immediate steps to address these issues to enhance our guest experience.
