The hotel is clean and modern with a good breakfast. Nice pool. Fitness room is a bit limited but adequate.

I was charged for rooms I was told I could not use, for meals I was told I couldn't have, and even though the hotel agreed on a refund, Expedia has refused to give me a refund. the worst service I have received in my life. Horrible and rude. Thats all I can say.

Publié le 26 août 2021 sur HotelsFor a new hotel is pretty blah.. unimpressive lobby, rooms are like they arent finished. Just 1 chair, and a tiny tiny desk. The rooms are really noisy thanks to the corridor being tiled . The hot water wasnt hot, it was warm at best.. the bed was horrible for a new hotel, they must have bought the cheapest mattresses money could buy ..together with hard pillows. Breakfast was pretty basic, service and staff were good though.
