There was mold in our restroom on the ceiling. When asked to switch rooms, there were none available. When asked for a discount, partial refund, compensation; it was declined. I will be reporting our findings to the health department.

Stayed here for an overnight stay and unfortunately had so many issues with the following: 1. There’s no one on the reception to received or help the guests 2. The carpets especially in the lift are soiled up. 3. Chairs have stains 4. Water has some smell on it 5. Bed sheets including the pillow covers appeared not to be fresh as they have smell. I think this hotel needs to take sanitation and cleanliness seriously.

Stayed for just an overnight, everything was great, close to the highway, facilities were good, breakfast was good, room clean & bed was comfortable.

A quiet spot near lots of action

This hotel is near the turnpike, Biddeford, lots of shopping & dining options. Our room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and staff was good.
