Lovely Apartment
Publié le 22 sept. 2024 sur HomeAwayMoorings View exceeded our expectations. It was spotlessly clean, exceptionally well equipped and with fantastic views from all rooms. It was ideally situated in Instow which itself is perfectly situated to explore this part of Devon. Liam and Jane were friendly and helpful. A great stay and we would love to return.

Gem of a Place!

Amazing place to stay

A hidden gem

Gorgeous home furnishings very comfortably bed freshly cut flowers from the garden and a nice bottle of wine waiting in the fridge was a added treat.really lovely hosts liam and jane you made us feel very welcome we definitely want to come back soon

Publié le 17 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayOn our arrival we were greeted and made very welcome by Liam..We were shown around & the apartment was excellent, exactly as described.Well equipped & plenty of free space for our things . Both Liam and Jane were very helpful and friendly.throughout our stay.Lovely views of estuary & yachts plus surrounding countryside. The Tarka Trail is at the bottom of the back garden & other walks nearby.The beach too was a very short walk away.
An excellent weeks stay for us.
