We can confirm you contacted us regarding internet connectivity issues. Our representative provided instructions to reset the modem and got someone prepared to visit the home to assist you. You asked us to remain on standby while the devices rebooted. We didn’t hear from you again for the rest of the stay regarding internet, dishes, or any other problems, but we would have been to provide assistance. We apologize for any dissatisfaction with the cleanliness of the dishes. Thankfully, no internet issues have been noted since your departure. After the stay the backyard, lakeside beach, and surrounding areas were found littered with numerous brightly colored plastic pieces, which led to a complaint from nearby residents. Additionally, one stove burner was left on, trash remained inside the home, and dishes were not cleaned. Our team observed the check-out instructions were not followed by your group. These actions represent a violation of your rental agreement and pose a safety concern for our home and the community. As neighborhood tranquility is very important to us, we kindly ask that you comply more closely with the Terms and Conditions, follow the check-out procedure, and prevent any disturbance to the neighborhood for future stays.

Here is an overview of your interactions with our team: You contacted us with some special requests after making your reservation online. You asked for us to make an exception to the cancellation policy for your stay, and requested to use parts of the rental that are labeled on the listing as unavailable. Requests like these are not common so our team was diligent in considering, consulting, and informing you of our decision within a reasonable amount of time. Five hours after your check-in you told us you’d be departing the rental due to your son’s illness. Our team secured the rental that afternoon after your departure. The following morning we received a message from you asking if you could return to the rental that afternoon. Our team replied letting you know that would be ok. You indicated in your reply that you might be interested in returning the following day instead. You said you would let us know. We did not hear from you after that. A few weeks after your stay you contacted us requesting an invoice for your reservation. Our team promptly directed you on how to obtain that information from your traveler dashboard. During our communication you indicated you enjoyed your time at the rental and wish to book again in the future. We thank you for your feedback.
