Host Details
Terrace Lodge is one of 10 executive class luxury vacation homes in Lake Arrowhead and 1 in La Quinta operated by LVH Rentals. 2,500+ Five Star reviews, Premier Partner/ Superhost ratings, and top 1% hosting provider ranking, our goal is that guest experience surpasses all expectations.

Entry Level
The entry level is virtually its own residence. In addition to the master suite, there is a second bedroom and a large game room. The suite features a den, a beautifully appointed bedroom (king size bed), a spectacular bathroom and a walk-in closet. The secondary bedroom hosts a queen. Both bedrooms feature pillow top beds, designer bedding and furnishing. The children's bunk house is equipped with 2 sets of bunk beds.

Living Level (2nd Story)
The living level is spacious and bright with spectacular natural views. It hosts a well-appointed gourmet kitchen with European style cabinetry, quartz counters and stainless appliances. The beautifully furnished great room and dining spaces are on this level as well as a spectacular fireplace, laundry, bathroom, and deck.

Upper Level (3rd Story)
The upper level houses 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master hosts a pillow top king. The secondary, a pillow top queen and twin bed. Both rooms feature designer bedding and furnishings. In addition, there is a cozy alcove space with built-in twin that children will adore.

Bathrooms
The property hosts 4 bathrooms. The entry level, a luxurious walk-in shower with bench. The living, a half bath. The upper hosts 2 bathrooms- a half bath, and a bath/ shower combo. Features include ceramic flooring, hardwood cabinetry, framed mirrors, and zonal heaters. Well stocked with plush towels, spa quality toiletries and (2) hair dryers.

Home Entertainment
Terrace Lodge is home entertainment rich. Featuring Wi-Fi, cable, (5) Hi-Def TV's, (4) Amazon Fire TV Sticks, (1) Roku Player, (1) iPad, and (1) Amazon Echo. TVs are in the great room, game room, den and master bedrooms. The game room is equipped with pool table and Xbox One. Subscription services include Amazon Music and Prime Video.

Outdoor Living Space
Placing an equal emphasis on outdoor living, Terrace Lodge features a spacious, fully appointed deck with treetop view. The deck features umbrella covered seating, dining table, over-sized stainless BBQ, and fire pit. And high quality outdoor ping pong table.

The property has everything expected from a luxury vacation home. The kitchen is complete with high quality cookware, utensils, and gadgets. As well as a large selection of K-cups for the Keurig coffee maker. There is a tasteful selection of mountain themed table settings. The bathrooms are well stocked with plush towels and spa quality toiletries. The laundry stocks quality supplies, iron, and board. Decorative candles are throughout.

We often travel with ours and appreciate the convenience versus the challenges and high cost of professional pet care. Flat rate rent $100, (2) dog limit. As a comparable, some resorts charge $75 a night, per pet.

Great house!
We went with our kids and grandkids - seven of us total - and were delighted at the spaciousness of the home. We all settled into our own space but also enjoyed sharing time playing pool or taking a walk in the neighborhood. I highly recommend this property.

My cousins and I booked this house for a fun vacation. There were seven of us, and our priority was to have at least four bathrooms. This house appeared in our search, showing a photo with four showers and four toilets. Upon arrival, we discovered the place only had two showers. It's not four bathrooms; there are two powder rooms, one full bathroom, and one shower-only. I wouldn’t have been upset if this information had been clear from the start. The picture is misleading. Additionally, the property has no air conditioning and very few windows. The temperature in Arrowhead was 97°F, making the cabin unbearable during the day. At night, two of us had to sleep on the couch because it was too hot in the bedrooms. One of my cousin has asthma, it was very hard for her. The heat in the cabin and wait for the bathroom is not what I had wanted in my much needed vacation. This might be a great cabin for winter, but I do not recommend it for summer. The listing needs to be corrected as it is misleading

Wonderful Mountain Retreat
Spent time with family at this lovely home. The shared space was large enough to accommodate most with wonderful amenities and there were enough bedrooms for everyone to have their own rooms. The pool and ping pong tables were a big hit and the outdoor patio has a beautiful view of the trees. It’s conveniently located close to downtown Lake Arrowhead which is quaint with restaurants and shopping.

We thoroughly enjoyed the property, beautiful functional kitchen with up-to-date appliances and good quality dinnerware, flatware and cookware. Very comfortable beds and linens. The 3 levels provided common space as well as privacy. Multiple TVs and streaming platforms. Communication with Jon was excellent once we discovered that texting worked better than email.

Great Getaway!
This place is great! Lots of room for all of our family and friends. It was perfect for the teenagers because they could hang with us anytime, but also had space to be on their own. Walking distance to the village too, so we got some good exercise! Highly recommend!

Arrowhead family trip
The location was great and very close to the lake and the village. It was perfect for a large group with lots of different areas within the house. The pool table and ping pong table were hits with the younger adults. Everything was easy to figure out. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking at home. I would stay here again.

Amazing hosts that went above and beyond
Jon was by far one of the most amazing hosts I've encountered on my home rental journey!! He helped saved us from a disastrous situation when the storm of the century hit the area, and was so communicative and flexible with rescheduling our trip. When our travel dates did arrive, he upgraded us without cost due to snow conditions. The home was breathtaking and all rooms and all amenities where like a 5 star hotel!! This was the first time we've been to Lake Arrowhead, and it will definitely not be our last. We will be booking with Jon again in the future for SURE!!

Exceptional Floor Plan
We stayed for a holiday weekend and have stayed at several of the property managers properties. This is by far our favorite. It has the perfect floor plan for two families. The top floor has two bedrooms and a split bathroom - shower and sinks in one and another sink and toilet in other. Perfect for family 1. The main floor is open and the deck is great. And another loo on this level. The bottom floor has two bedrooms and a full bath plus a sitting area - great for family 2. And the bonus is the game room:bunk room. No one slept in there and would have loved some seating for all the pool we played! The kids loved this space and felt like they had their own place. The kids range from 5 to 13 and it was an absolute win. We are never disappointed with Jon’s properties and seem to keep getting better. Thank you for another unforgettable family holiday weekend.

Great Mountain Location
This was a perfect setting for a family vacation! The open concept floor plan allowed for fun nights of playing games, watching movies, and reading. The pool table was a hit! The close location to Arrowhead Village made shopping and dining convenient. Short drive to Lake Gregory for some fishing and a 2.3 mile loop walk was fun too! The 3 levels of this home allow for shared common space as well as some peace and privacy. We enjoyed the BBQ on the deck and the beautiful weather. I'm sure it's beautiful in the winter!

Love the mountains
We rented this property to house immediate siblings coming in for a graduation in the valley. It was a long drive down into the valley for events, but we wouldn’t have any other way if we did it again. The house provided wonderful spaces to relax and visit. Things for the kids to do and comforting sleeping arrangements. The kitchen was very adequate and the island was great for buffet dining. Quiet and serene on the mountain. Clean air. Lots of sunshine. The house doesn’t appear to have AC, but doesn’t need it. It was perfect for our group.

We had a great time, plenty of room Jon responded quickly when we had questions. Very close to the village we even walked one day. We enjoyed sitting outside with the fire pit, There was a storm A few days before we arrived so things were a bit messy around the fire pit and furniture. Other than that it was a great stay

This place had everything
We absolutely LOVED staying at this home. It had everything you could think of. We had a family of 9 adults over 3 days and cooked every meal and the kitchen was incredibly stocked! Towels were soft. Bedding was fab. All around really wonderful. We did have a time with the steep driveway because it started to snow hard before we got there but the property manager did give us fair warning so we did our best to get the cars up it. Also, just fair warning for families, the downstairs bathroom (shared by the bunk room and another queen bedroom) is inside one of the other rooms, so you had to go through someone’s room to use the bathroom or go upstairs. It wasn’t terrible for us since it was all family but good to note. Overall we absolutely LOVED our stay and would stay again.
