Great house for multiple families!
Publié le 22 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWe had 3 families with kids stay together and it was great. A great space to all be together, but also place for everyone to retreat to when needed. Hot tub was great and easy access to a trail out the back door was super convenient. Would definitely stay again!

Publié le 5 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayWe have stayed in several of these houses/cabins over the years. This year, I would have to say was disappointing. There were several little things that were just lacking or not appointed. The largest being the wood burning fireplace was not operational, and we were not informed of this. The hot tub cover was broken, botht the frame and the insulated top. The carpets throughout the unit had damage and were nailed down and one of us stepped on one of the nail heads and cut foot, which was not fun for the remainder of the trip to ski on. The entry rug was destroyed and had holes in it and completely worn out. The hot water was out at kitchen sink for the first day, this was repaired quickly though. Some Lights in kitchen weren't working, which made cooking difficult. Wine Cooler in kitchen was frozen. Sauna was out of order. Pillows were terrible. I own rental properties, both commercial and residential. I'm really not one to complain, and wouldn't if it had been a thing or two. I feel that this unit wasn't up to par and honestly was disappointed. However, this is the first time we have ever been disappointed with one of these units over several years of staying in the area.

Hey Eric, I'm sorry to hear that your stay did not live up to your expectations. I want to address the injury first and foremost - we're aware of the carpet issues and this property is set to have new carpet installed this spring. We've been doing everything in our power to maintain the carpet so we're surprised to hear that there was a nail that caused injury. We wish we had gotten a phone call so that we could have immediately addressed the hazard. We're so sorry for this.
Additionally, we're an entirely local team with our number in the unit. We would have come out immediately to address the lights being out, replaced the entry mat (which we have since replaced), helped defrost the wine cooler and would have gladly brought new pillows for you.
We are aware of the hot tub cover. The winter has been rough on this, with constant warm temperatures, freezing rain, and subsequent freezing. Our hot tub vendor confirmed that the cover could still be safely lifted while we await the new cover and lift assist.
That said, the sauna is not part of this listing, and the wood burning fireplace has a large disclaimer at the top of the VRBO listing noting that it's inoperable. The fireplace is set to be repaired this summer along with other maintenance items.
We earnestly hope for another opportunity to impress you on your next trip to Big Sky. Again our team is entirely local and eager to make your vacation perfect, all we need to know is what you need and we can make it so.

Beautiful mountain home
Publié le 5 mars 2023 sur HomeAwayA very nice and cozy mountain home. Property management were very responsive and communicative and a pleasure to deal with. Ski in/Ski out was fantastic (and was much simpler than the directions given). A few items weren't operational, which management let us know about, but was still a bit of a bummer. Only real quibble was the the kitchen was not equipped with what one would expect of a luxury home.
But overall, it's a very nice, very large place, good for two families or one family with lots of children.
