By far the best priced in the area, and charged only $10 for a dog whereas others wanted $50 extra!!, so we thought it'd be sketchy but the room was very clean, sheets fine - no bugs. Obviously quite old, not renovated at all, but perfectly good stay

First room we were given when locked you could push door open. It would not lock properly. I was advised doors due to weater might have to lift hard to lock. Second room had bugs in trash (imagine my fear of what was in the bed), tub had rust made me question when i had my last Tetanus shot and WHY I stayed there. The Ac unit didn't function properly. When i checked out no receipt provided. The person that checked me in had outstanding customer service, while the one i checked out with NEVER got off her butt or phone to check me out and provide me a receipt. First and last time i will stay at this location. Unfortunate I was borm and raised in Big Spring and hate the lack of customer service and how things are handled by businesses in Big Spring Texas! Things need to change. I refuse less than outstanding experience.

Hello my name is Wilda Langford and I am the Front Desk clerk for Plaza Inn. We do thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. The issues with the doors are sometimes an issue as when installed were not aligned correctly in some of the rooms. I'm not certain of what bugs were in the trash can but we do not have them in the beds. I have advised maintaince of the AC issue. We are currently in the process of replacing tubs as previous owners did not take care of water damages. I will address the clerk that was there when you checked out, you should have been acknowledged. The repit for payment is emailed to you by the company that you used to book the room. we hope in the future that you will choose to try us again!
