Was a nice quiet service stop to be fair, staff did what they needed to do easy process in and out which I can’t complain about 40min drive to Glasgow but easy run in

I stayed there for 8 days while working locally. It's conveniently located and was cheap compared to some. Rooms and communal areas are worn, but the rooms were clean enough and it was cheap

Days in M 74 north of Lockerbie
Brilliant, even an enjoyable bath, beds and pillows so good after a 7 hrs trip here, everyone friendly and helpful. Welcome break supper, Chinese or burgers just ok but breakfasts great.

Clean and functional
Absolutley fine for a mid journey stopover. Room was clean, the beds were comfy enough. Tea and coffee making facilities as standard. The only downside was that the hotel doesn't have a lift, and as someone with an intermittent knee injury, I prefer the choice of stairs or lift when not on the ground floor.
