Publié le 30 mai 2023 sur HotelsLes photos des chambres sont assez trompeuses. Les lits etaient confortables mais la propreté de la chambre très moyenne : beaucoup de poussière sur le climatiseur d'un autre âge, sdb fonctionnelle mais peu avenante.
Le petit dejeuner inclus est correct. L'accueil de bonne qualité. Bref un hôtel correct pour une nuit de passage mais c'est tout.

This property needs major maintenance, cleaning & upkeep. Maids & Maintenance people need better training.

Upon checking in have to initial for not smoking but when enter other door to motel stinks of cigarette smoke and not just a little. Our room smelled like an old bar that was smoked in for years. The next morning taking a shower the water would not drain. I couldn’t get it to drain , I was standing in water over my ankles. Had to wash my feet after getting out of shower!! After walking around room getting ready my husband said you better wash your feet again. My feet were filthy!!!
Not to mention the towel I was using looked like it had been used and folded back up. Plus I have long hair washed in shower and the hairdryer didn’t work. It was not the outlet. When checking out mentioned to the attendant at counter and his reply was “I”ll put it on the list.” Not a sorry-Nothing!

The front desk staff was nice, but the hotel and rooms were horribly dirty and many things were broken. There was a semen stain on our curtains, gross stains on the carpet, pubic hairs on the bathroom floor, the door lock was broken off the frame. We did not feel safe staying there but didn’t have any other option at that point. We were just passing through and left as early as we could the next morning. We will never stay there again and we’ve told other people to avoid it at all costs. Worst motel I’ve ever stayed at in my life.

As we walked in the door on the end of the building a snake went in under the door and was in the entry hallway that was disgusting and dirty.
