Aux US, tous les hôtels se ressemblent avec des réceptionnistes aussi peu souriants les uns que les autres !

Never again
Publié le 14 oct. 2024 sur HotelsWe got to our room and couldn’t even attempt to stay here. Had to go stay at a different hotel. The bedding was not clean, there were spiders and bugs crawling on the bed. There were boogers smeared to the wall, tv didn’t work. Elevators were filthy. We will never stay here and have advised all our family and friends to stay away.

The hotel is connected to a great indoor water park, maybe the best I've see. It's very close to Zoo Montana. There's even a cool looking arcade, though we ran out of time to check it out. The breakfast is pretty good and it serves until 10. There's also a nice yard area in the back. So that's a lot to like. Nothing else about the hotel really blew me away, but I wasn't looking for that. As far as a family experience with a young child goes, it was everything I wanted and nothing I didn't. Will likely be back.

the pool area was great. the bed need a new mattress.

I felt that the room was pretty run down for the price. The mattress was comfortable though and the room was nice and quiet.
The staff was great, very friendly and helpful.
The breakfast room was large and busy with only one girl to prepare the food, restock the food and restock the coffee. It left her running around trying to keep up and the breakfast area in a constant state of needing refreshing.
Between the room, the water park and concession snack we spent about $350 for the one night and time at the water park.
